1. Finding Your Optimal Nutrient Composition and Remove Restrictions : Nutrition is the cornerstone of your results. When it comes to losing fat and building muscle, it's not just about calories in vs. calories out—it's about the composition of those calories.
- Eating the right amount of calories for your goals, body, and lifestyle will help you support muscle repair, maintain consistent energy, and promote overall health.
We also teach the 90/10 rule: the majority of your nutrition should come from single-ingredient, whole foods. As long as you prioritize this approach most of the time, you can enjoy the foods you love without guilt.
No, seriously...nothing is off limits and you'll still lose fat.
But, one thing we do want to make clear.
You will feel MUCH better, and it will be MUCH easier, if you stick with single-ingredient items.
But, dessert nightly; yeah it can absolutely be a thing.

2. Train Hard, but Recover Harder: Recovery goes beyond just rest days. It’s about incorporating effective activities for muscle repair and growth.

It is important to remember that this isn't a "weight loss" program but rather a complete body recomposition. Our goal is to lose fat and build muscle to improve the composition of your body. While we have had clients lose up to 30lbs, we have had others completely change the way their body looked and only fluctuated a few pounds. Your goal with this should be beyond the scale--if you are consistent you WILL see changes.
We highly recommend access to a full gym or having a really solid set up from a home gym standpoint. There is only so much one can do with a few dumbbells and bands and it is very easy on this program to move past that VERY quickly. Because of the progressive nature of this program we heavily suggest having a fully equipped gym/home gym (planet fitness is 100% okay as we get asked that a lot also)

You definitely don't have to, but to get the most out of this program we would highly recommend you do so. Macros do not have to be a "forever" thing but while you are doing the program it will teach you what your body needs in order to get a result. Just understand that if you choose not to track macros, you may not get the full benefits and potential of this program.
